LOOP is an Austin-based start-up transforming car insurance by removing biased and discriminatory factors. I joined as the Founding Designer to build the design foundations from scratch and lead a growing team.

In late 2021, I joined LOOP with the mission to revolutionize their digital presence. As the Founding Designer, I was responsible for building the initial branding, website, web and mobile app designs from the ground up. I also created a cohesive design system for both mobile and web to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.

B2B Partner Portal for LOOP, designed to simplify the process for insurance agents to select and input customer coverage details and pricing. The portal was rigorously user-tested with over 20 agents, resulting in a 50% increase in workflow efficiency compared to major competitors. The platform’s intuitive design and automated features have significantly reduced errors and accelerated policy generation, making it a standout tool in the industry.

Comprehensive Mobile App for LOOP: Designed a robust mobile app with over 100 screens, covering the entire user journey from onboarding to key features like payments, claims submission, policy management, and customer support. The app is optimized for speed and transparency, ensuring users spend less time on insurance tasks and more time living their lives. Proudly featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, and BusinessWire.

An end-to-end quote flow portal, featuring over 70 screens, designed to streamline the complex insurance buying process. Users can seamlessly input personal information, select insurance preferences, add drivers and vehicles, customize policies, and complete payments. The experience is fully responsive and transitions smoothly from the web portal to the mobile app for ongoing policy management.

Involved in LOOP’s comprehensive branding strategy, I led design efforts across various marketing channels. My work included building the website in Webflow, crafting assets for social media and paid ads, designing email signatures, and contributing to content design. Essentially, I was hands-on with everything that involved design, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

CARSYNC is innovating fleet management with a data-driven trip log solution. I started as a Product Design Trainee and advanced to Product Designer, crafting user-friendly web and mobile experiences.

At CARSYNC, I began as a Product Design Trainee, working on social media strategies and competitive analysis to boost our online presence. As I advanced to Product Designer, I developed engaging websites for the VISPIRON Group using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

I created intuitive wireframes with Adobe XD and conducted user research to ensure our designs met business and user needs. Additionally, I contributed to the development of the mobile app, enhancing its usability and overall user experience.

Designed and developed the CARSYNC website in Webflow and Adobe XD, featuring a complex CMS with over 25 pages. Contributed to designing a lead magnet calculator to identify potential cost and CO2 savings using CARSYNC's products. Additionally, integrated an eCommerce experience for purchasing hardware directly through the platform, streamlining the customer journey and enhancing sales.
